To All Our Loyal Fans and Followers:
I am sorry to say we had to shut down the Hen and Hog.
In order to run the restaurant the way me and the Hen wanted too was too tough
to make a profit.
After all our hard work we were not going to lower our standards so closing was
our only option.
We can’t thank enough all of the support we received ! We said we wanted to have
a different kind of restaurant,
One where you could get a good meal for your money, but a place that made a
difference in our community.
We were able to raise a good deal of money for some local charities and we stuck
with our Buy Local philosophy.
There are too many folks that we will miss to name them, but you know who you
are.
From me, the Hen and all our staff, THANK YOU, it was a hell of a ride !
